2. We’ll Reach Out for Project Details

After payment is confirmed, our team will contact you via email to gather all necessary information, including:

Brand name, logo, and color palette
Highlight titles or categories
Icons, symbols, or illustrations to include
Style preferences or examples for inspiration

3. Highlight Cover Design

Once we have your details, our team will begin designing your highlight cover(s). This includes:

Professional layout tailored to Instagram’s circle format
Use of your brand colors, fonts, and logo (if desired)
Clear and readable icons or illustrations
Cohesive set design for multiple covers, if applicable

Turnaround Time

Estimated design completion: 2–5 business days, depending on the number of covers.
A preview link will be shared for review before final approval.

4. Review & Revisions

You’ll receive up to 3 free revisions to request design changes. Any revisions beyond this will incur a fee of $15 per revision.

5. Final Delivery

Once the final design is approved, your Instagram highlight cover(s) will be delivered via email in high-resolution PNG format, optimized for Instagram.
