OUR DESIGN PROCESS
Every project is handled with precision, professionalism, and creativity — ensuring a seamless experience from booking to delivery.
1. Booking & Payment
Select your preferred brand package and complete your payment through our website or approved payment methods. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email from our studio with next steps and a brand intake form.
2. Project Details & Information
Clients are required to provide all relevant details via email — including brand name, vision, target audience, and any inspiration for the project. This helps us tailor every element to match your brand’s identity and goals.
3. Design Development
Our team begins crafting your visuals with strategy and style, following your selected package deliverables. You’ll receive a preview or draft for review before finalization.
4. Revisions & Approval
Each project includes up to 3 free revisions after the initial draft is presented. Any additional edits are available at an added cost.
5. Final Delivery
Once approved, all finalized brand assets are neatly packaged and delivered via email in high-quality formats. Your brand materials will be ready for use across print, digital, and social platforms.
Refunds & Conduct Policy
All sales are final. Refunds cannot be requested once payment is received and work has begun.

Each product is custom-designed using professional digital software such as Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, ensuring precision, creativity, and a high-quality finish. Final designs are delivered digitally in polished, ready-to-use formats, tailored specifically to each client’s brand needs.
Refunds & Returns
All products are custom-created and digitally delivered; therefore, all sales are final with no refunds or returns once payment has been made, work has commenced or files have been delivered.
Clients are entitled to three (3) free complimentary revisions to ensure satisfaction, with any additional revisions billed separately.
