Designing a professional thank you or loyalty card for your brand is simple and seamless. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Choose Your Card Type
    Select the design option that best suits your brand’s needs:

    • Thank You Card Design: A beautifully designed card to include with customer orders or packages, helping you build stronger client relationships and leave a lasting impression.

    • Loyalty Card Design: A branded loyalty card layout perfect for rewarding repeat customers, encouraging return visits, and boosting brand loyalty.

  2. Add to Cart & Complete Checkout
    Once you’ve selected your desired card type, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Complete your payment to confirm your order.

  3. We’ll Contact You
    After payment is received, our team will reach out via email to gather all the necessary details, such as your business name, tagline or offer, loyalty reward structure (if applicable), brand colors, and any other design preferences.

  4. Design & Delivery
    Your thank you or loyalty card design will be created and delivered within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive up to 3 free revisions to perfect your design. Any additional revisions beyond this will incur a fee of $15 per revision.

  5. Final Files
    Once the final draft is approved via email, your complete design will be sent in high-quality print-ready formats such as PNG, JPEG, and PDF (and additional formats upon request).

Important: All thank you and loyalty card design purchases are non-refundable once payment has been made, as work begins immediately after your order is confirmed.

All products are custom-created and digitally delivered; therefore, all sales are final with no refunds or returns once payment has been made, work has commenced or files have been delivered.

Clients are entitled to three (3) free complimentary revisions to ensure satisfaction, with any additional revisions billed separately.
